The most overlooked criterion when choosing a dining table is form. A long, rectangular room feels more balanced with an oval or round table; a square room gains depth with a rectangular one. The softly rounded design we chose for the Alfa Dining Room offers both a visual and practical solution: it provides child safety and ease of movement. The height is a universal standard (72-76 cm), but there should be a 28-30 cm difference between the seat height of the chair and the table height. When choosing materials, pay attention to daily suitability: while glass is aesthetic, every mark stands out; solid wood gets more beautiful as it ages. Finally, always position the table on the central axis of the room; symmetry gives a psychological sense of balance to those seated.
— A dining table is the heart of a room. The wrong choice throws off the entire balance of the space. We share selection criteria through the Alfa Dining Room.
